AGP acquired the land for Fry Town Center in 2025, a new multi-building mixed-use development located at the intersection of Fry Road and Saint Michaels Pass in Cypress.
Positioned within one of Cypress’s fastest-growing corridors, Fry Town Center is designed to serve a dense and affluent residential base with strong daily traffic counts and limited nearby retail supply.

The development will feature approximately 22,400 square feet of retail space across two buildings, along with two dedicated QSR pad sites, offering flexible layouts suited for retail, service, food, and medical users. With excellent visibility, multiple points of access, and proximity to top-rated schools and established master-planned communities, Fry Town Center is strategically planned to meet the evolving needs of the surrounding trade area.
